Find Your Voice By Filling Your Own Cup

How do you find your voice? You fill your own cup first!  The 5th and final episode in the SUPAR Series will lift you up and give you all the reason you need to put on your oxygen mask first before you take care of others.

Jamie Dahsciwitz shares in Her Grit and Graces her vision for the world.  A place where empowered women stand in community, ready to support and nurture each other no matter their differences. (Full Podcast below)

How?  By teaching each woman to fill her own cup and drink from it. Transformation happens when women decide to show up for themselves.

In her work, Jamie walks with women who have given themselves away to the circumstances of life.  Sometimes this means jail time, addiction, job loss or loss of their children.  How do you regain your balance and fill your own cup?

For many women, their voice has been lost for a long time.  Just deciding to take time for yourself maybe a true struggle. How do you reestablish who you are after giving to your family, your work and your community most of your life? You look inside you to find your voice.

“Finding your voice,” Jamie says, “is finding your future.  Then you can conquer mountains.”
